UPPER SCHOOL -- The Junior Class was winning praise after its year-long effort to raise funds for foster kids led to a great outcome for one young woman.
The juniors were praised in a Foster Children publication for raising the funds to set up transitioning a foster care girl and her 18 month old baby, Jazmine, into their first apartment.
Through Trattoria Torrey and lots and lots of Pinkberry and Golden Spoon sales, the juniors completely outfitted the young woman's apartment. Jessica Lewis, Hannah Fogg and Michelle Nelson and Susie Nordenger were there to help her move in on Saturday! Click on the graphic above for a readable version of the Foster Care publication.
